TCA Partners has a small team of HSE professionals, all highly respected in the industry for their hands on knowledge and experience gathered from working from both the client and contractor perspective and as such can provide practical solutions that fit the culture of the organisation.

Our team has experience in developing and implementing HSE Management Systems, facilitating risk management activities, conducting incident investigations using a range of tools such as TapRoot, RBI or Tripod and coordinating HSE for maintenance Shutdowns and projects.

Auditing

TCA Partners have trained and experienced auditors certified with RABQSA, in Occupational Health and Safety and Quality.

This core group of auditors has experience in developing audit tools to measure a particular management system or element within that overall management system and facilitating second party audits across a number of industries.
